Mr. Pitamber Ikhar is the Chief Managing Director at Neel Infratech. He has exceptional knowledge of management and leadership. Neel Farms was born out his love and passion for being close to nature. Mr. Ikhar himself has his own farmhouse in the area and spends his weekends with his family and friends there.

How Neel Farm project was born?

We all belong from metro cities nowadays where we have an everyday hectic life schedule. Going from office to home and getting involved in the business we rarely get time for ourselves for relaxation and creativity. This is how the Neel Farms project was born and executed in reality.

For the final land selection of the farmhouse project we visited many lands for selection and selected the beautiful land which is lake view, water body touched to it of distance 3 km. At first, we developed the land of 3 acres and then slowly and steadily we developed this place to now 52 acres further extension is also in the plan. The project was planned by one theme which is ” Natural Touch” in our farmhouse project we mainly focus on greenery and peace for our customers.

Around 52+ Acres we are running this project. The natural beauty of lake view and greenery is the main attraction of Neel farms with all amenities.

Neel farms, Farmhouse project is the mother project of Neel Infratech. Neel Infratech deals in plots & layouts at the emerging metro cities. Our CMD sir is a nature lover and fond of trees. He himself has his farmhouse built in this project and looks after the development and plantation personally. His vision and view for the Neel farm project are for nature and peace lovers. If one owns his own farmhouse near to the city he can visit the farmhouse every weekend and enjoy holidays with family and relax. Instead of going on long trips every time. Building your own farmhouse near Nagpur city is much more good for personal health and mental health.

How Neel Farms Growth Took Place?

Every year we planted trees at the farmhouse project around 1000 to 2000 plants every year. Each and every plant of our project is watered by the drip irrigation and special department for plantation and watering is formed here for the maintenance of the theme. At first, when we bought this land it was a barren land we converted this into a very beautiful and green farmhouse lake view project at Nagpur for the peoples of Nagpur and around. Starting from 3 acres project we are now spread to 52 Acres with all amenities and security.

Neel Farms the natural & lake view farmhouse project is situated near Kesar Nala Dam. At first, the farmhouse project was launched in 2012 with 3 acres of land.
